ESPNU hd looked great on ESPNEWS hd during live look in

They had a live look in on the auburn vs kentucky game which was being a shown on ESPNU on ESPNews hd and the game looked really good too bad they wont flip the switch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come on Charlie quit F****** around, flip the switch already stupid!!!!!! By the way where is BBCA hd, ID hd, and QVC hd. I quess the switch broke too lite these up also!!!!!!!!!!!

Yea the way Dish is going it looks like they will wait until after football season to add ESPN U HD.Come on dish and add the hd version:rant:They can add crap like MTV ,VH1 and CMT that doesnt show any Hd .We the dish network subscribers have already missed alot of games on ESPN U that were in hd.Im sick of all these crap hd channels like CENTRIC ,MAV TV

In my area the SEC network is shown by our Fox affiliate. They can't show HD unless it's a national feed, so I am stuck with below SD quality for that. If Dish would turn on the HD versions of their RSNs for the 12pm games on Saturday, it wouldn't be a problem since I have the Sports Pack. But I am stuck watching them in SD nearly every week because of bandwidth squeezing.

Dish wouldn't want to do any thing that makes sense or that benefits their subscribers. All they have to do is flip the switch on ESPNU HD because it is already uplinked!!!!!!!!!!But we can turn on stupid porn hd channels!!!!!!!!!!Only thing I do know is Charlie Ergen is one big F****** IDIOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had some friends over to watch the UK/Auburn game and - wow - that had to be the WORST picture quality I have ever seen on Dish Network. It looked like I was streaming it from the internet - youtube quality. Loved the game, hated the PQ.

The Auburn-Kentucky football game in SD was not one of ESPNU's better efforts, in my view. Part of the reason for that may have been due to the fact it was an evening/night game.

I also watched the Friday evening "Midnight Madness" show on ESPNU, and noted they have a very decent schedule of basketball games scheduled for early in the year. Maybe the HD will be available by then.

you are 100% correct during the auburn- kentucky game the PQ in sd was horrible!!! But you can probably bet Charlie has ESPNU HD at his house!!! What customers want really doesnt matter to him because he has no clue what is going on anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep, had to suffer through it for ASU/UGA myself. Fortunately we only have 3 SEC-controlled broadcasts left, one's PPV and I'm going to be there anyway and I'm pretty sure Auburn won't slip to ESPNU, and I'll just have to hope Kentucky doesn't either...

One of the interesting tidbits from the last Charlie Chat was the appearance of Tenn. BB Coach Pearl, and his praise of Charlie as a great shooter but not much of a leaper.

I think Charlie is a big SEC/ACC fan, and he will do all he can to roll out the ESPNU HD as quickly as possible. (Almost said "soon." : )
