You missed the color, Ice . I been telling stogie I was gonna paint one purple. Didn't quite turn out dark as I wanted. Yet , lol.
Has anyone ever thought of painting a dish using paint that would glow in the dark? I think that would be cool. Blind

I am sure people has painted them these colors, I painted one D* 18 spare dish one year blue after I seen NASCAR'S crew boxes had them painted. I am sure the military uses camouflage too but for us to do it, very different!
That would be cool! I seen a LNB once that had a Bright Blue LED that shined on the dish at night! I know it's not painted but It was a very cool effect!
I thought that was the Cat's Pajamas!

LOL, just a thing to do on a non-rainy half day. I really want to paint it Crimson Tide red and white but I'm still looking for one of those big Alabama football script "A" decals . these things paint well if they're cleaned up.

Get us bigger pictures if you can of that Paisley Park Purple One! The picture is a bit small
And if you do Crimson Tide red and white & Logo, we have to see pictures of that!

Well, really the Van Halen title is wrong too, I knew that when I posted it.
True Billy Squire did that one in 1982, the LP was Emotions in Motion and actually the Van Halen song is Everybody Wants Some from the album Women And Children First in 1980 and the book Everybody Wants Some: The Van Halen Saga. (Hardcover)
The song was used in the John Cusack movie Better Off Dead in 1985 if you remember.
I remember spinning both of those vinyl albums (Yes vinyl) at our Parkersburg Station WIBZ 99.3 FM in the 80’s! We were the only hard, classic rock station in the market!

Hey, not that really does not look that bad turbo! I especially like the wire fence around it; a big Purple Iris!
Did you get a chance to re coat it for a darker look or is that the first coat like in the other picture? That looks great; I would leave it like it is! Remember to water regularly but not in direct sunlight!

LOL glad you guys liked my art=deco dish, have to get to work on that rusty pipe its on, next.
And yes, I decided to let the wildflowers stay instead of weed-whacking them off. Those you don't worry about watering or weeding, hehe..
Kevin, that was a 2nd coat of darker paint, at first it was all the lt purple color of the feedhorn supports.
