Is anyone else having problems with their account not being able to access mlb tv app? I have called direct and they say they know some people are having problems and others are not. They have no idea when the problem is going to be fixed with people not able to access mlb tv.

I am having the same problem, with mlb.tv and the at bat app as well.

Have you tried logging out of MLB.tv and then logging back in?

I have tried logging out but did not help.

Go to the MLB.tv website and link your account. They recently changed how your account authenticates, so if you subscribe from your pay TV provider, they want that authentication now. Same thing HBO Go does. Hope this helps.
