Excited for 4 reasons:

1. More HD is always nice and it shows others that Direct will be adding more HD from time to time
2. I like FSN myself, so this is a channel I will be watching
3. It seems this is one of the most requested channels, considering there is new FNC thread every week
4. The biggest reason: THERE WILL BE NO MORE FNCHD THREADS IN THE DIRECT FORUM.

he said no it wouldn't be turned on either wednesday or thursday but wouldn't answer when asked about friday. frankly, i could care less.

He has now confirmed that Fox News will be in HD starting on Friday morning.

According to that thread there will be more HD surfacing this month. So this is great news. Hopefully we will see ESPNU HD and Travel Channel HD? It seems like the top 3 most requested channels are Fox News HD, ESPNU HD and Travel Channel HD.

I occasionally watch FNC, but I only watch a bit of news each day anyway. I would greatly prefer this either being the lead-in to more additions next week or I would have rather of had ESPNU or hell; still waiting on HBO Comedy SD
