I made a transponder but it's the wrong satellite, it's not allowing me to use the satellite I created (galaxy 19)

Now you need to leave it on that and starting tweaking your dish from your base dish settings like I said in email till you get a signal on the quality bar. :)

Still nothing, it's skew is supposed to be 25.1 counterclockwise i think and sw at 53.5? I'm getting zero signal

I downloaded a dish pointer to my phone and I put it in front of the lnb and it's beeping like I'm on the satellite but still no signal, I keep playing with the skew trying to fix it

It may be the camera angle but it does look really high.

Are you aiming using the lnb support arm?

Here is my dish at 42 degrees:

There should be some sort of scale around the elevation adjustment bolts. If so, what is it set at now. There may be different calibrations on either side.
Tell us what they are if you can.

Do you have the specifications of the dish?
These 'offset' dishes will be 'looking' 22 to 27 degrees above the horizon when the dish face is vertical. So for satellite elevation 53.5 the dish face should be tipped back around 30 degrees.

The DISH 300 is designed different than yours.
That dish on the left is way too high for sure.
The deg. markings on the dish mount must be wrong or put together wrong.

Your skew is set too far also.
