For years that trivia question was, "What three teams........."

Jazz, White Sox and Red Sox.

But alas, expansion in the four majors expanded the answer. :D

Name the eight NFL franchises that have won at least three Super Bowls.

Green Bay Packers
New York Giants
San Francisco 49ers
New England Patriots
Pittsburgh Steelers
Raiders (Oakland/Los Angeles)
Washington Redskins

I'm not sure who the 8th is?

The 1986 Mets/Red Sox Series?

Good guess, but no.

That got a 28.6, which is lower than most Fall Classics in the 1970s.

Got to be the 1975 World Series.

Royals-Phillies in '80?

That is correct!

That series got a staggering 32.8 rating.

How a World Series with a team from a small-market like Kansas City (It seems like the last time the Royals were any good, dinoaurs ruled the Earth) managed to get a monster rating still puzzles me.

This is easy to explain. Baseball was on the up-and-up until the strike the next year. By the time it had "recovered" (using the term loosely--I know several people that stopped watching after the '81 strike and have never come back), cable had eaten into ratings.
