Genie and C51 client's drop audio (1 Viewer)

Has anyone heard if they have made any headway in fixing this issue. Genie and clients. C51 and C41 clients will pixelate and audio will drop out. This has been a Cadie issue for quite sometime know. These service calls are coming in more and more. Customers are starting to get upset that their is no fix yet. All we have been told is to tell customer to channel down and back up to get audio back.
