Reverse Band SL5

I just acquired the new SL5RB and have a question. While my signal is in the mid to high 90's for all of the sat locations, is it normal for the RB to be lower? For example, my RB signals go from the mid to upper 80's, no 90's though. Is this right?

Yes, right now that's normal, remember they aren't being used for anything. My RB transponder signals are high 70s to mid 80s.
