Geniego 2 OOH access

Ok I have my geniego all set up. I have an arris surfboard 6183 modem with xfinity isp. My router is the netgear nighthawk r8000. I have port forwarded all 3 sets of different ports, but cannot get out of home access to work. I've manually entered the ports and tried with my computer connected to the router. When I check the ports on different websites it says the ports are open.

Anyone else have this problem or know what I'm doing wrong? Is it the modem that's causing the issue? Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same setup and have no issues, a good starter question is does in home streaming work correctly and is the led a solid deep blue
