Geniego setup

Trying to set up the out of home access on geniego 2. Every time I have the router configured and the port forwarding the geniego IP address changes. Anyone else have this problem?

Most routers have an option to assign a static IP for that device based on the MAC ID. Then anytime the GenieGo asks for an IP from the router it would always get the same one.
