Have been using this setup for a while now! Can show people FTA in action and use it to trouble shoot most ANY system in the field.........!

Wonder if I can get a C-Band dish on there ;)

In motion satellite TV!

They make them here in town.

Enough has already been said, that's fantastic Pete. If I were an installer, that would be a must. In fact, I'm not an installer, and I might do that anyway? That's absolutely great!

There are dishes (domes) that move all the time. They lock on the signal and as the boat moves, the dish also moves.

They're pretty spendy :D

Pete gave me a great idea for the lake. I can't put a FTA dish up there but I'm going to try that next weekend to get G10. I normally take a 18" dish and bolt it to a piece of timber for the audio.

how would you do a satellite on a boat? I would imagine with the waves your signal would never be constant!

The In Motion Sea domes lock onto the satellite of choice using DVB technology to identify it and then actively track the signal as the boat moves, as Iceberg said they are constanty moving correcting themselves in Azimuth and Elevation by the use of gyroscopes (Same one that are used in Segway's)! They really are something to see with the Radome off! They move FAST!
