Half Bricked S9?

Was trying out several newer versions of FW this morning, all having audio issues with me so I melded my latest usb dump with the stable March FW using the editor. Loaded fine, got channels and sat motor movement fine. Hit the menu button and black screen, no response. Hard boot, recovered channels, sats. Menu, Kills. Need to force load stable FW, factory default? No idea how this is done. Need the menu.

Try the rs232 recovery, use this file , Solomend 800 loader, editor 2009 version - Downloads - SatelliteGuys.US , and try to reload a stable software version. Need a null modem cable.
1. Setup the file transfer with the receiver turned off at the back switch.
2. Once you start the transfer, turn on the back switch.
3. Hope for good things to happen.

Got it back! Thanks! Took a while to track everything down. Went on the first try! Now to scan some sats and setup the VBox!
