Harmony Remote and 2 HR-20s

Has anyone worked this out? We have a H 670 and used to use it with a SD DirecTivo and an HR20-700. Worked fine after the remote was hand programmed (didn't have a "personality" for any gear we had). Now we have replaced the DirecTivo with a HR20-100. The Harmony is IR only, so what's the trick to the second unit? I tried to search the forum for this, but I guess it's a little too specific
