Iceberg I have Premium Plus, not an Elite, and am using it exclusively with DisEqC 1.2 with my Mesh Dish, Actuator, and Vbox III. I have 15 Sats scanned in and have had a few problems, but for the most part its working with the Existing Satellite List. I have had to create new Sats - 125.0W on KU Band, 58.0W on C Band, 63.0W on KU Band, and 103.0W on KU with the Pentagon Channel - got Tp 12100 at Q = 65!! 121.0W comes in beautifully on HD for Sports Time Ohio, and those ION HD Channels on 103.0W on C Band are great. Problems from Settings > Antenna Setup:
1)One of the most annoying things is no matter what you do when creating / and or scanning in a new Satellite is the East Side Limit gets created whether you want it or not, and the only way to get rid of it is to: Reset Limits, then Save, and Reboot right there in Settings Set up.
2)When you are setting up the Actuator after pressing DisEqC 1.2 and trying to adjust for the Strongest Signal the Tp list keeps defaulting BACK to the first Tp. If you exit out, the counts on the Actuator sometimes start moving up and down at Random! So the only thing I know of to do is to cycle the Actuator back and forth with the V Box III Remote control for the best Tp Signal, then go back into the DisEqC 1.2 Setup set it for that count, save it, then Reboot again. If you don't Reboot, as soon as you back out of DisEqC 1.2 motor control, the Dish starts moving at Random up or Down again!!
3)You may already know that the S and Q Levels on the Tp's are very slow to show up. You switch to a Tp then you sit and wait for the Signal Level to Show Up. Then you have to wait again for the Polarity to show up when you get NO SIGNAL by switching V & Q and it is slow to appear.
4)Also the Blindscan is very slow,- I do a Horizontal then a Vertical Scan on Each Satellite which is a bit faster then an ALL Scan and it seems to eliminate duplicate channels.
Its funny but the Motor Control and the Signal Levels were much faster to show up my much cheaper Viewsat Rx but.... you would lose everything at times when it got a braincramp, and it sure didn't have HD, AC3, or the great picture quality that the AZbox has.
Hope this helps.
