I am new to this, but i am willing to learn how to find a satellite. I have an avenger ksc-321 lnbf mounted to a winegard ds-2076 dish. I have a koqit k1 set top box to use for now. But my problem is that i cannot find the signal. I am using a birdog version 4 usb plus satellite finder. I get the signal finder up to 183 and that is it. Could someone tell me what i am doing wrong? Oh, i have the lnb turned at 20 degrees clockwise.

Which frequency are you trying to tune?

Try this one- 11844 V 3000 ANG-HD

or 11912 V 2000 (NPR radio mux)

Edit- sorry, those are G-17 frequencies.

Try setting your receiver to 11966 H 22000

I did find galaxy 19, the channels do repeat though. Is there a reason for this? Maybe the lnb isnt at the right degrees?

Sounds like you might have your receiver LNB settings on "Universal" instead of "Standard"
