You are probably going to have some signal issues with a 100ft hdmi cable. You might want to try 2 50ft cables with a repeater in the middle.

Monoprice has those too.

I ran a 100ft HDMI at my dad's house and it has no problems whatsoever.

Monoprice is the way to go for sure!

i use a 35 ft hdmi on my backup tv for ps3
my main connection is other tv with 12 ft component
but ive had no issues with a 35 ft cable
i did get my cable off fleabay

Are you trying to hook up a second HDTV to your HD box? If so, you will be better off using component and optic audio for that distance.

WOW! You are the first one I've heard with a cable longer that 65ft that works! Mine is 35ft and I have no problems.

Yep, I ran it into the wall, down into the basement, through the basement ceiling to the other side of the room and back up through the floor into another wall and out to the Plasma hanging on the wall. I put it in over a year ago and it looks great.

Thanks for all the great info.
What i am doing is a commercial account for a sports bar.
He wants 5 HD recievers "211" I wish the "222" was ready...LOL
Well anyway he want all 5 Recievers in his office with the capability to also go UHF. The longest location will be 90 Ft. but i want to go 100 just be safe.

There is no official maximum length. The chip used in the receiver is a significant factor to how far it can be transmitted correctly. There are active cables that extend the length too.

However, the recommended max length when using a standard HDMI passive cable is 10 meters, or 33 feet.

If you are going to try to do 30 meters, then you'd better get a heavy gauge one, like the monoprice 22AWG cable:
