HDMI Copyright Protection

Hey guys I need some help on this one. I had 1 of my customers call me this morning & she is stating her tv is giving her a message when she is on channel 509 HBO. It says "The copyright protection on this program cannot be viewed with hdmi, change out your hdmi to component to view this program". I installed this system a month ago & she says it has worked fine until the last couple of days & it is only on channel 509.
Any ideas?????

If you have both HDMI and component plugged in at the same time you either have to use the HDMI and unplug the component or unplug the HDMI to use the component.

Red button reboot time. some how it must be mapping an ppv to 509 it happens ome times. as PPV is the only placed where that would show up. All the message measns is it didnt get a hdcp signal response back.
