Time for another project. I was tired of figure out where I was so I found a round piece of wood and made some printouts from the internet and come up with what you see below. It pivits on a nail. Tuned it 110W and made a mark on the bottom piece of wood. Turned the top 9 degress and what do you know I found 119W. Also move it to around 91 and found 91W. It is not perfect BUT it helps.

Next I want to angle the whole thing so I don't have to adjust the dish.

Well keep you guys posted.

Thanks PSB. I forgot to mention how the paper is attached. The wood I used was more or less clean so I did not sand it. I used glue to tack the paper down and two inch clear packing tape to seal up the paper up. It's not waterproof put it works for testing.
