Hopper 3 & Joey 2 picture issue

Hi Satellite Guys, today i had a picture issue with a H3 and J2, the Joey picture was gone when i put hide duplicate SD channels in ON mode on the H3 and J2, curiously, nothing wrong was on the H3, but the picture was lost on all channels on the J2, the channel guide was working fine on Both receivers, but no picture on each channel on J2, the only one channel i saw on J2 was 102 SD.
I was wondering if any of you has experienced this issue before? And how can it be fixed? Because is a kind of unnecessary shows both channels, when only one can be showed on the channel guide.

Any help will be very appreciated!!

Have you done a power cord reboot of both the Hopper and the Joey?

Tried different HDMI ports/cables? It almost sounds like either you're not hitting the 129 HD Sat if you're on Western Arc or the tech used component cables to connect to your TV

I had 2 Wallys before i decided to get the H3 and J2, and i had no picture issues with them. And both wallys had the same “Hide duplicate SD channels” function activated.

I you're on Western Arc, the HD channels are on the 129. If you're only getting the 110 and 119, you're seeing SD broadcasts

Actually, it is a little more complicated than that. Many HD channels are on 110. (I know because my sister temporarily lost the 110 satellite earlier this summer.) In another thread, Henry Sanchez said that he has 119 and 129: Need help with Dishnet NESN and MASN sport channels info

Hi Satellite Guys, i would like to know if any of you knows if these channels are broadcasted on 119W satellite? I tried to find them, but i cannot get them actually.

Actually i can get 77W, 119W and 129W Sats only.
