how to set up my motorized dish using sg6100 motor

hi, I try to set up my dish is a 30" using the latitude 49 and declination angle 28.6 with the motor specification and I can get no signal. I went to soudon website and they say my lattitud is 41.9 and 29 declination angle, can someone give me a hand please, my receivers is traxis dbs6000 hd and I receive the message " no tv service found" please help. thanks;

Looks at the Motor's Latitude Scale (not elevation) set it for your Lat: 41.9 (Chicago) - just under 42 will work.

You need to select a Motor from the Satellite list, the SG6100 is not listed, but the "Motek SG2100" should work.....
