HR20-100 normally in 90's. I've added a 12v PC Card Slot fan to right rear vents. Voltage is cut to 6v to keep it silent. Factory fan seldom runs.

Avoid Notebook Coolers on HR20-100 if they pull air down through them as the HR20-100 pulls air up into the box.
 
even more damaging than heat alone is the mechanical stress induced when the boxes are turned on and off. This causes expansion and contraction of all the components which over time causes mechanical failure of the internal joints.

The HR20's are NEVER OFF, they are in Standby mode, but NOT off ...

I don't see your machine having any problems related to the temp.
As long as it doesn't go into the 130's I'd say your fine.

The -700's usually run 116-127*
The -100 run much cooler.
