A week ago I replaced a glitchy HR34 with an HR44. I have a second receiver, HR22, connected in a Whole Home setup. I connected the HR44, the same way the 34 was connected. Each receiver has an external DECA The Ethernet from router goes into a connected home adapter behind the 44. The HR22 has it's own adapter with Ethernet between it and the receiver. Everything worked perfectly for 6 days. Then, without changing anything, I get indication that neither receiver has internet connection. Despite many tries to reconnect, including choosing the wired connection from advanced setup, I could only reconnect using the HR44 WiFi option. I was very confused as to how this spontaneously occurred, and disappointed that I'm now relying on my suboptimal WiFi signal. A call into dtv tech support resulted in no explanation or way to restore the wired setup. Any thoughts/advice? Thanks.
