Info onTime Warner Cable LA?

What is the best source for information on Time Warner Cable, Los Angeles? I am interested in tracking updates on their deployment of the SA8300 and new HDTV channels. I understand that they are coming into negotiations for even more HD programming, but their site offers nothing along the way of news or forums.

Does anyone know if there is a site like this for the cable crowd?
