Insider Help Needed!

I was wondering if any of the insiders could possibly give me a better explanation than DTV can over the phone. I have a private office viewing account and I am not getting ANY of the new HD channels except SmithsonianHD. The rest all say "channel not purchased". DTV says they are still "testing" and not available for commercial yet and now saying late october. I can't understand why someone with residential can get it, but someone with Private office can't. Same satellite and same recievers.

Any info that you may hear would be great....

I suspect that you need to purchase HD Access ($9.99).
And, then they need to allow commercial account access.

We do pay for HD Access. Been doing that for awhile....

You sure you have the B Band Converter?

Yep....B-Band Converters installed. I was told by Directv CS that it isn't available for commercial accounts and that just doesn't make any sense.
