Is a Digicipher 2 Box - worth for Europe?

Im wondering if can receive some nice Channels by bying a digital Digicipher 2 -Box?

I can receive Birds in C-Band like: PAS 9, Intelsat 805, NSS 806,...


Or better a Pover VU Box?


Both without registration to a Pay TV Provider..


What would you think?
