Is the HR 20 HD DVR OTA tuner input amplified (powered)?

One of the coolest things I've seen in some time are the OTA signal coverage maps from TV Fool. At least for our area, they are so much better than what Antennaweb does. You have to have Google Earth and then download the coverage maps with a file sharing program, but they are definitely worth the trouble.

I live in eastern Massachusetts, and get western Massachusetts locals/digital and Hartford Connecticut locals/digital,not all but 26 between the two markets.
