270k PS2's, thats amazing.

Now I will say from my own experience, that the PS3s sales were so low in June, was that I was waiting for what i thought woudl be the price cut at E3, it will be interesting to see the July #'s.

PS1's continued to outsell PS2's for over a year, so Sony will continue to bide it's time. Be interesting to see what happens when they stop making games for the PS2 and switch solely to the PS3 (that's when the PS2 really took off, when PS1 games stopped being made).
The PSP's seem to be picking up, that has got to have Sony happy.

But the 360 being way behind the PS2, when the Xbox was discontinued (along with hardware problems) has got to have Microsoft worried.

Nintendo on the other hand is back on top in both console & handheld. Back to being king, like they were before the PS1 showed up.
I wonder how many GBA's are being bought solely for a controller for Gamecube games on the Wii. It's the only reason we have one, as the kids use their DS's to play GBA games.

It's outstanding to see Resident Evil 4 for the Wii in the top 10. It was out for only 10 days and sold around 150k. It gives me hope that there will be more "hard-core" games.

PS3 weekly sales were actually down vs May. June was a 5 week month, May was a 4 week month. It will be interesting to see how much they jump in the July reports.
