Local OTA will not populate the Program Guide

For the past several days, when I try to access Universal Sports Network on my 722, which is channel 04-4 in southern CA, there is no program guide information, and I get the pop up telling me to download it. I do, and it shows the program info for eight days out. Then, the following day, my standing order to record the Giro d' Italia at 6:30 A.M. PDT fails, the guide is "depopulated," and we start over again. I have even tried setting a manual timer for the period I want recorded, and it will not work. But the rest of the program guide is fine, all the other channels show their events all the way out, and the other timer settings have been performing. I have verified on my other DVR, a 722K, that the USN guide is fully populated. I am working with DISH on this, but was wondering if anyone else is having this anomaly?
