I would send an email with all locals. It sounds like something either at the uplink for Dish or at WLUC

i wonder why it's only the 311 .my vip 612 works fine.i think i'll give the installer another call tomorrow.

oh its just on the 311's?? You didnt mention other receivers worked fine

then it could be an issue with the 311's and the fact the locals are 8PSK. Normally SD locals are QPSK that any receiver can get but Dish started putting them in 8PSK so you need a newer receiver.

sorry! but i did mention in post 11 that my 612 wasn't bothered .

Its got to be something technical then since the 311's are having issues and the others arent
