Question on motors
Does the receiver store the motor functions or does the motor store them?

Basically I am moving my one receiver that has some motor settings on it to the other motor I have (I have 2 motorized setups).

Will the receiver move the 2nd motor to the same spot or will I have to redo all the motor settings?

As far as I'm aware the SG2100 has 60 positions that are stored in the motors memory, some motors have more space for positions.
Depending on how the receiver numbers the satellites and sends them to the motor they may match up.

If you are using DiSEqC 1.2, the motor stores the locations. If you are using USALS, then you don't have to worry about it. When you move the receiver to the second motor it will communicate fine (assuming the 2nd motor is USALS compliant and is setup correctly and accurately).

:)

receiver was setup for 1.2 originally and thats all Ive used :)

I'll just make sure to be back at True South before I start :D
