MRV not authorized

so i just added another DVR to my account but that one is working fine. the one that has been on the account for over a year is now saying "MRV not authorized please call D*" any help? i had to unplug the DECA system for a little bit while i moved the Router around but that was last night and still no go.
 
Do a RBR, then check connections, and if that doesn't work call D* tech support.
