Maybe the new viacom channels are only in the new flex package

Is it possible that these channels are only available in the Flex pack? That may be why only some are seeing them.

Lol! Well, I can assure you I do not have an engineering box, just a normal subscriber. I have the flex pack and I am truly getting the new channels. No trickery here. You don't have to believe me, but I've been watching off and on all day.

I'm thinking with it being a new package, someone flipped the switch a bit early. Just a guess.

You have to call customer service and ask for it.
