I found out the reason I wasnt able to get a full hit from Websams or by calling.. was because I had given my home number as well as a business number and somehow Skyvision and Programming-center considered me as having 2 separate accounts.
Apparently the hits were going to another account and not this one, though I think the reciever ID numbers were the same, they said accounts are made by phone number (but doesn't explain why websams worked before the conversion) so not entirely clear. Just happy it's working now.
You may want to consider this rare scenario If you're having problems getting rehits as well.
