my rental list empty

I downloaded video from stars on my 722k but now its no longer in my list of rentals. is this a software bug

Yes, it is. VOD downloads may disappear after the nightly updates on 622/722/722k receiver models

My 722k was doing the same thing until the 750 update and now it works great. I hope they do not fix someone elses receiver and break mine again.

I just got L724 on my 722 and it's still broken. Some rentals stay put, but most still vanish overnight.

Edited to add: Teehar is right about the 612; I think it's finally fixed on mine.

Our 722 worked for a spell until the last s/w update and now its hit or miss.Mostly miss.The 612 seems to be saving them
