New Cinemax for .01, what channel?

I just signed up for the Cinemax for a penny.

What channel did I get? Hopefully it's HD.

you should have got all of the cinemax channels and the HD if you have the new VIP hd receivers

Channels 310 - 314 on my receiver. I just subscribe to regular channels - No HD.

Cinemax package will give you the HD channel along with all the sd channels if you have a Vip receiver.

By now the cinemax channels appear in your guide.

Sometimes they have a technical glitch and need to re-send the channels, so if you don't see them shortly, you should go back into chat (or call them) and they'll add them.

I had to contact them back because I didn't see them an hour after I requested the add.

OK quick question. I had HBO/Cinemax for 3 months free when I signed up and that ended in Nov. 2007. Could I sign up for the .01 offer for Cinemax? It says people who have not had Cinemax in the last 6 months are eligible.

Any thoughts? Thanks

I believe the 3 months free of Cinemax you had from August to Nov would count as in the last 6 months (they don't specify free or pay).

BUT, it can't hurt to ask, so I'd ask anyway and see what happens?

I had the 3 months free as well, and they still gave me the penny deal.

Where is this Cinemax for .01 deal at?

You just need to call or chat with a CSR to get this deal. The free three months doesn't count as I had free HBO/Cinemax until November too. It is 1 cent per year until Jan. 2010.
