New Construction Wiring from Dish

I am in the process of building a new home and an outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen will have one HD DVR and the home will have two HD DVRs and 1 or 2 SD receivers or DVRs. I intend to have the dish mounted on a pole between the two structures. My question is how many cables do I have to run to each structure. I have gathered from reading other posts, that once inside the home I need to run 2 cables and 2 cat-5s to every receiver location. Thanks in advance.

To do this correctly, you will need to install a multiswitch either at the dish or one of the structures. If you do it at the dish, you may run into problems in the future if you use over 8 tuners.

Best option would be to run 4 cables from the dish to the house, install the multiswitch, and then run the two cables back out to the outdoor kitchen.
