New dish

Hi I need to update our dish . And directv will not install in on my metal roof. But they installed the old one. Need someone to up date it.

I don't know if it's national or local policy, but either way it sounds like you will need to contact an independent company to do the work. Which dish do you have now?

Part of the issue may be that D* changed rules about 5 years ago that says a tech cannot go off the ladder to work on placing or adjusting a dish any longer, for safety reasons.
