new packages and DNS

Be careful if you switch your package to one of the new ones. I went to do that and before I did so I noticed on the confirmation page that my DNS was no longer there. If I just changed a movie channel, it did remain. However changing my base package took off the dns. I did not change my package, but be careful.

I had this happen to me about six months ago. I had to call to get them turned back on. I was scared I was going to lose them. I have been very careful to make sure they show up before I make changes now.

yes there is a cw feed although the cw feed only offered in standard definition
