Were P418, M110 or M111 ever public? I see upgrades are targeted to 311 and 1022HZ receivers with those versions but not where they were released.

I went through the logs and we went from P4.17 to P4.19.

Also if you look at the Tech Support page for the 311 receiver, they list 4.17 (8/23)as current and 4.15 (5/3) as previous software.

I think Dish used that range instead of separate values for their own convenience and is not necessary a source of missed versions.

The update went out to about 450 receivers yesterday afternoon and this morning it goes out full phase. It must be some minor update.

It's seems to be narrowed to skip models with latest Bootstraps: selecting ABE0-7 instead of regular ABE0-8.
