I'm planning on discontinuing my satellite provider subscription and going with streaming Sling TV. I have a HD satellite and 2 indoor receivers.

My question, I have 2 cables that come off of my dish. I want to install an outdoor antenna in place of the dish. What cable do I use?

Can use either one but,if there are any satellite switches, splitters or other gizmos in the line, they will have to be removed.Regular OTA (over the air) signal likely won't pass thru very well,if at all.

Depending on strength of the TV channels and the distance to each TV from the OTA antenna, you might be able to use a simple high quality 2x1 splitter at the antenna to feed the two coax runs to each set. For coax runs over 50', additional TVs or if channels are lost when splitting to the 2nd TV, consider an amplified distribution amplifier to avoid the loss from a regular splitter.
