Has DTV in the past offered a half season for Sunday Ticket?

It usually goes down around week 8 or 9, but not to half-price. Probably around 70%, perhaps $199 or so. Going from memory, may not be 100% accurate.

yep, last time I remember a "half season offer" it was get the remaining season and next season for a discounted total price.
