Nintendo getting sued for Patent infringement

I met with these guys last year and they showed me their product.

I believe they just might have a case against Nintendo...

Nintendo has been sued like at least 5 times over software/hardware associated with the Wii. Just add this one to the pile.

Yep, I saw these guys demo their wares a couple times when I was back in the DC area. I never game is any thought...just assumed Nintendo licensed the technology for their remotes. It should be interesting to see what happens in this case.
 
A bit late to be suing... Wii has been out for a couple years now, and demonstrated prior to that.

Either way, pointing devices to the TV are not new (duck hunt anyone?).
Plus the interfaces are completely different.
The key is how they work. Does this device use an LED thingy on top of the TV? Does it have the same gyros and accelerometers?
Look like it doesn't, so this will go nowhere.
