No Disney Junior on Dish

Not that this comes as a big surprise but its official that we will not be getting the new Disney Junior channel

I find this so sad for those of us with small kids..I wonder what will happen to soapnet's space.

I don't think that channel finder means much at this point. I also picked DirecTV, Uverse and Charter (cable), and none of them carried it. So I think it's too early to say.

Good point...I didn't even think about trying the other providers. Of course then you just have to wonder if it wasn't up to date yet, why in the world did Disney send it out?

He use to watch mickey a lot but now all he watches is P & F, which is great because the wife and I love watching it too. I have over 100 episodes recorded.

phines and ferb are on disney and xd. jr is shows like handy manny and chugiton etc

My friend's daughter just turned 2. She's been watching it for a year now. The show is fine for her.

That's what I was thinking. There enough kids channels already. All I do is find the few shows my son likes and record all of them.

As for SoapNet's space. Should dish not pick up Disney Jr. The plan is to leave up a loop of SoapNet. Just like they did with Nick GAS

Source? I don't know why Disney would provide a feed of SoapNet just for Dish, but Viacom did it for GAS.....
