Woke up to a screen telling me to order a package that includes this channel message on every channel...also noticed subscriber areas of the web pg is down..im impatiently waiting for 9 am...lol....last time i calld someone took my call at like 3 am..il post what they tell me when i get off the phone.

Just signed into my account on their website and viewed payments and subscription package. Not down on my side.

Somehow my bill was split into 2 payments...as in 2 diff due dates...the regular channels and then the movie chans 3 days later...but it wouldnt auto bill my card the 2nd due date..they got it fixd and combined to be on the same payment..the web page they said is and has been haveing issues there working on..

For the past two months ago my payments have also been split into two, separated by a few days. I only have the $40 package with no pay services and the payment was split into a $30 and a $10. Very odd!
