No transponder tone ....

... on my new HR22-100. I can check levels on all Sats & transponders but there is no tone despite selecting it on the menu page.

Any ideas ?

I don't think the tone has worked for quite some time, it has never worked on my HD DVR's, the older unit's, non D* branded ones did work, but thats a ways back.

I think you're right .... my DirecTivo had a tone but not this one. Why have the menu option then ?
