Ok, I'm sick of not getting my locals in HD, how do I "move"?

70 miles to the north of me, the DMA there has locals in HD. 70 miles to the east of me the DMA there has locals in HD. Me, my DMA apparently hasn't struck a deal with Dish Network yet. But I don't really care if I have my locals, or the ones to the north or east of me.

Can anyone tell me what I have to do to "move" without really moving?
