OK so my two month old 24" iSymphony HD TV took a dump a week or two ago and now I'm back to my old 13" portable with RF only input until my HD TV is repaired, which looks like 2 or 3 more weeks.

So I've got an RF modulator that I've been using on my AZ Ultra and I connected this S9 to that via composite so I could make RF output for my old TV but I get a rolling picture on the screen and I can't find anything in the manual to tell me how to stop that?

Any help?

EDIT:

OK so I kept pressing buttons and finally the picture stopped rolling but now I got a message across the screen stating the following:

"No OSD Show. Press V.Format Key To Switch"?

Pressing the V.Format key basically does nothing but switch back to video I can't watch, and all the other buttons do nothing. I'm now stuck on the home shoping network on 135W and can't get off that?

You need to set the video mode to 480i to use the composite output, unless you're using the newest firmware. But I don't think that the old firmware versions go to 480i with the V.Format button. So, you may need to put it in 576i and deal with the rolling long enough to navigate the menus. (That's assuming that your modulator works with 576i!) If your TV is really old and has a manual vertical hold control, you may be able to slow the rolling almost to a stop with it.
