OTA antenna w/ Voom

How good is the OTA-HD antenna that comes when you get Voom installed? Because I'm only receiving CBS (local) in HD, and the installer said I should also receive NBC (local), but I can't get a signal from NBC.

Should I invest in a new antenna?

Where are you located? I can usually find out if a local channel is having a problem. The NBC station might be off the air.

Voom will provide an upgraded antenna. Call and explain that the installer has exhausted all options as far as placement goes and you need the upgraded antenna. They have done for many people on this forum including myself.
