Picture freezing

Ok I have been watching ch 526 starz comedy HD and picture has been breaking up some like a bird or something keeps flying in front of my dish or something. What could be causing this bad cable loose connections bad swim splitter or power inserter no bad weather here either. Occasionally I'll get 771a that will pop up when changing channels but it's for a split second is all my zip is 28327 any help would be appearicated. Sorry if spelling is off.

Sounds like a cabling problem. 771a is the error code that refers to the SWM LNB not receiving voltage from the power inserter or the receiver isn't picking up the signal. Check all your connections and keep us updated
