Picture via DVI disappeared. Sound OK. STB icon red. Help!!!

I got Voom about 4 weeks ago and had a great picture and sound via DVI cable (Voom provided) on my Sony Grand Wega 3 till just now. The picture is gone with a DVI connection, but the sound is still there. All connections are tight, nothing has been plugged, unplugged. However the STB icon is red - used to be green.
I also have my STB plugged to my Sony via SVideo cable for the analog/digital channels on line 1 for better picture. When I switch over to line 1 - sound and picture are there on all channels. Any ideas? Thanks - Marty in NYC

I just rebooted the STB and the picture is back!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone else having similar problems?

Its important to turn the TV on first before powering up the Sat receiver. The Sat receiver is looking for a HDCP handshake through DVI, when if the TV is not turned on won't happen.
